At BLISSAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your BLISSAL account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are secured to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
